ragv.im can be used to convert any long url that exists on web into a short url. When accessed on browser, it just redirects user to the long url and so ragv.im is not responsible for any content that is presented to user on that long url.
ragv.im must not be used to convert a url containing IP address or any harmful content like executables, viruses or spams. If found any such url, it can be removed immediately and could be reported to local authority too.
